Introduction and Scope
1.1 This Return and Refund Policy is designed to provide clear, transparent, and legally compliant guidance regarding the eligibility, process, and conditions under which products purchased from us may be returned or refunded. This Policy applies to all purchases made from WeightWorld, a brand operated by Comfort Click Ltd.(the Company), and is intended to align with applicable U.S. federal and state consumer protection laws and prevailing e-commerce standards. Nothing in this Policy shall be construed to limit or exclude any non-waivable rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable law.
We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of consumer safety, product quality, and regulatory compliance. Given the nature of dietary supplements and other health-related products, certain limitations and conditions apply to returns and refunds. This Policy applies exclusively to purchases shipped to customers within the United States and constitutes an integral part of, and should be read in conjunction with, our Terms of Use.
Except where prohibited by applicable law, all sales are final. No return, refund, or exchange is available except as expressly set out in this Policy. This Policy is drafted to comply with applicable U.S. federal law, the Uniform Commercial Code (as adopted by the relevant state), and state consumer protection statutes. Where mandatory law requires otherwise, such law shall prevail only to the minimum extent required.
By accepting the Terms of Use along with the Return and Refund Policy and by placing an order with the Company, the customer expressly acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this Return and Refund Policy, including all limitations on refunds, exchanges, and shipping charges. Customers are encouraged to contact the Company's Customer Service directly to resolve any questions, concerns, or issues related to returns, refunds, or exchanges prior to initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or third-party claim.
The Company’s liability in connection with any approved return, refund, or exchange shall be strictly limited to the amount paid for the product only, excluding all shipping, handling, delivery, taxes, or ancillary fees.
1.2. Applicable territories-USA
This Return, Refund Policy applies to purchases made through the Company’s official websites and direct-to-consumer platforms servicing customers located in the United States. Consumer rights, return eligibility, cancellation periods, and refund obligations may vary based on local laws and regulations within each applicable Territory.
For orders shipped to or within the United States, this policy is governed by applicable Federal Trade Commission (FTC) regulations and relevant state consumer protection laws. Products purchased through third-party marketplaces or retailers (including but not limited to Amazon or other authorised platforms) are subject to the return, refund, and cancellation policies of the respective platform or seller and are excluded from this policy unless expressly stated otherwise.
Eligibility for Return
2.1 Returns will be accepted only if requested within 30 days from the date of confirmed delivery, as evidenced by carrier tracking records. Any return request submitted after this period shall be deemed ineligible and will not be approved.
A return may be authorised solely at our discretion and only where all conditions below are satisfied:
(a) a return request is submitted within 30 calendar days of confirmed delivery;
(b) the product remains unopened, unused, untampered with, and in its original packaging, including all seals, labels, and inserts;
(c) valid proof of purchase is provided; and
(d) A Return Authorisation Number has been issued in advance.
Note- Failure to satisfy any condition renders the return ineligible.
In accordance with FDA regulations, FTC consumer protection standards, and industry best practices, dietary supplements that have been opened or used cannot be resold, restocked, or redistributed due to health, safety, and quality control considerations. Accordingly, such products are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances.
The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to inspect returned products and to accept/deny a return or refund if the foregoing eligibility criteria are not strictly satisfied.
2.2 Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Goods [Remedies]
If a product is received in a faulty, defective, damaged, materially non-conforming, or incorrect condition, the customer should promptly contact our Customer Care team upon receipt of the product. Subject to verification and in accordance with the applicable return, refund, and consumer protection laws, we will assist the customer with the appropriate resolution, including replacement, return, refund, or other applicable remedies.
If a product is materially defective or materially non-conforming at the time of delivery, you must notify us within three (3) calendar days of receipt and provide reasonable supporting evidence. Minor variations in packaging, labeling, or appearance that do not affect product identity, safety, or quality do not constitute a defect.
Upon verification of the claim, and subject to applicable law, the Company shall, at its discretion, provide one or more of the following remedies:i) Replacement of the product at no additional cost to the customer (shipping charges may be applicable).ii) Refund of the purchase price, in whole or in part.
Absolute Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
For reasons of health, hygiene, product integrity, and regulatory compliance, the following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable to the fullest extent permitted by law:
• consumable products, dietary supplements, and personal care items once opened or unsealed; (Money-back Guarantee Products excluded explicitly)
• products returned without prior authorisation;
• products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or customer negligence;
• promotional, clearance, or “final sale” items;
• gift cards and digital products.
These exclusions apply regardless of customer dissatisfaction or change of mind.
Refund Method
All approved refunds shall be issued solely to the original form of payment or store credit discount coupon, or gift vouchers in lieu of a monetary refund. These credits are non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, and may be subject to an expiration period under the sole discretion of the Company.
Where applicable, the delivery fee or handling fee may be deducted from the refund amount. Any such fee will be clearly disclosed to the customer prior to purchase and prior to return authorisation, in compliance with Federal Trade Commission (FTC) regulations. No undisclosed or hidden fees shall be applied. Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and financial institution, and the Company shall not be responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banks.
Nothing in this section shall be construed to impose undisclosed charges or fees, in accordance with FTC rules prohibiting deceptive or unfair trade practices.
Return Shipping Risk Allocation
Unless otherwise required by law, customers bear all costs and risks associated with return shipping, including loss or damage in transit. Products returned without proof of delivery may be rejected.
Remedies & Resolution
6.1. Resolution Process
The Company is committed to resolving customer concerns in a fair, timely, and commercially reasonable manner. In the event of any dispute, claim, or complaint arising out of or relating to a purchase, return, refund, exchange, or Money-Back Guarantee claim, customers are required to first contact the Company’s Customer Service team using the contact details provided in this policy.
Customer support will conduct an initial review of the issue and may request additional information, documentation, or evidence to facilitate resolution. If the matter is not resolved at the Customer Service, the dispute may be escalated internally for further review by a designated legal representative, where appropriate.
The Company may, at its discretion, offer remedies including replacement, refund, store credit, or other commercially reasonable resolutions consistent with this policy and applicable law. Customers agree to cooperate in good faith throughout the dispute resolution process and acknowledge that informal resolution efforts must be exhausted prior to initiating any external claim, chargeback, arbitration, or legal proceeding, to the extent permitted by law.
6.2. Applicable Law & JurisdictionFor customers residing in the United States, this policy shall be governed by applicable federal laws, including Federal Trade Commission (FTC) regulations, and the consumer protection laws of the customer’s state of residence.
Abuse, Fraud, and Policy Circumvention
We reserve the right to refuse returns, refunds, or future transactions where we reasonably determine that a customer has engaged in fraud, abuse, policy circumvention, or excessive return behavior, without notice.
Policy Updates & Amendments
This policy may be amended from time to time. Each revision shall be identified by effective date, and the most current version shall supersede all prior versions. Continued use of the Company’s products or services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised policy, to the extent permitted by law.
Notification of Changes
Material changes to this policy will be communicated through reasonable means. Non-material updates may take effect immediately. Nothing herein limits any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
