This Shipping & Delivery Policy forms an integral part of the Terms of Service governing all purchases made on the WeightWorld USA website (the “Site”). It is drafted to comply with applicable U.S. consumer law, FTC e-commerce disclosure requirements, FDA regulatory expectations for nutraceutical distribution, and accepted commercial logistics standards. Customers placing orders with us acknowledge and accept this Policy without exception
Scope of Shipment
We fulfill orders solely within the United States of America. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and other restricted U.S. territories may be accepted at our discretion and may be subject to premium shipping fees and extended delivery timelines. We reserve the right, without obligation, to decline delivery to any location where carrier, safety, or regulatory restrictions apply.
Fulfillment & Processing
Orders are normally processed and released to the carrier within 1–2 business days, Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays. Processing time may vary due to inventory availability, security verification (including fraud screening), seasonal volume, or operational contingencies. Order submission alone does not constitute acceptance; acceptance occurs only upon dispatch confirmation.

Delivery may be influenced by carrier capacity, weather, regional events, unforeseen operational interruptions, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control. Comfort Click Ltd. disclaims liability for delays attributable to third-party logistics providers.
Shipping Fees
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination, order weight, promotional eligibility, and selected service level. Where offered, free-shipping incentives apply exclusively to qualifying orders and do not extend to returns, exchanges, or re-shipments unless mandated under statutory consumer rights.
Tracking and Risk Transfer
5.1 Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss
Once an order is dispatched, the customer will receive shipment tracking details electronically. Title to the products shall pass to the customer upon delivery of the products to the shipping carrier.
While risk of loss technically transfers to the customer upon the carrier’s acceptance of the shipment, we remain committed to a positive customer experience. In the event that an order is lost or materially damaged in transit, customers are encouraged to contact our Customer Support team. We will, at our discretion, assist in resolving the issue, including facilitating carrier claims and, where appropriate, offering a replacement or refund in accordance with our customer service policies.
5.2 Non-Receipt of Delivered Shipments
In the event that shipment tracking indicates a status of “Delivered” but the customer asserts non-receipt, the customer shall notify the Company within five (5) calendar days from the recorded delivery date by contacting Customer Support (details mentioned in clause 10). Failure to provide such notice within the stipulated timeframe may limit the Company’s ability to investigate and resolve the claim.
Upon receipt of a timely notification, the Company shall, on a reasonable endeavours basis, initiate and support an investigation with the relevant carrier to ascertain the status and traceability of the shipment. Any determination regarding replacement, reshipment, or refund shall be made at the Company’s sole discretion, contingent upon the outcome of the carrier’s investigation and any supporting evidence.
Nothing in this clause shall operate to exclude or limit any non-waivable statutory rights available to consumers under applicable law.
Address Accuracy & Non-Deliverables
Customers bear sole responsibility for accurate delivery information at point of purchase. Orders returned due to incorrect, incomplete, or inaccessible addresses will require a re-shipment fee. Refunds requested in lieu of re-shipment may be issued net of original shipping cost.
Damaged, Lost or Tampered Goods
Claims relating to physical damage, suspected tampering, or loss in transit must be reported within 24 hours of delivery or expected delivery with photographic or documentary evidence. Do not consume products that appear compromised. Comfort Click Ltd. may, at its sole discretion, replace, refund, or credit the order following verification.
Environmental & Temperature-Sensitive Considerations
Certain nutraceutical products may be sensitive to extreme temperatures during shipping. While we use appropriate protective packaging and work with reliable carriers to help maintain product quality, conditions during transit may occasionally fall outside our control.
If you believe your product has been affected during delivery, please contact our Customer Support team promptly. We will review the concern and, where appropriate, work with you to provide a suitable resolution in line with our customer care policies.
International Freight (Future Provision)
International shipping, if activated, will be governed by additional import, duty, and customs compliance terms published separately. Customers will assume responsibility for local taxes, inspection clearance, and regulatory adherence within destination jurisdictions.
